Refund & Return Policy

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, we’re committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos of the damage to contact@fougilo.store so our team can assess the situation.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement:

  • Plant arrives dead or severely damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing items in order

Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Damage from improper plant care after delivery
  • Delay caused by the customer not collecting the package from a collection point
  • Orders delayed due to customs or postal services beyond our control
