Shipping Rate: A flat express shipping rate of $35.99 USD is applied to all international orders outside the UK. This includes tracked delivery and careful handling to ensure your plant arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States: 7–9 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
Other Worldwide Destinations: Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days)
Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Packaging: We package all plants securely with eco-friendly materials and hydration packs when needed. Our boxes are designed to keep your plants safe in transit.
